• 1 oz Applejack
• 1/2 oz cognac or brandy
• 1/2 oz Allspice Dram
• 1/2 oz Apricot Liqueur
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup or maple syrup

Instructions
• Rim a coupe glass with sugar (optional)
• Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice
• Shake for about 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass rimmed with sugar
• garnish with a lemon peel or an apple slice
