Owned and operated by Larry and Diana Roy for 20+ years, the couple named the business “Dad’s Place” in 2002. Serving our customers hot and tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner has been a source of pride over the years.

We’ve received A LOT of shares for the SOCK COLLECTION BOX here at the store which is awesome and so appreciated but we’re missing one thing….. THE SOCKS 😞. Just over two weeks left to collect any NEW or UNUSED SOCKS…. Remember we’re donating $1 to MAKE*A*WISH for every pair we collect in our box.

One of our friends (and former employee) is a Residential Services Program Manager for Opportunity Enterprises Inc. and they’re doing a sock drive for the whole month of January. We thought this was a great idea and wanted to help out their Auburn branch😁. However, we’re upping the anti for sock donations and we’re going to donate $1 to MAKE*A*WISH for EVERY pair of socks we collect in our box 😮💕 Any NEW/UNUSED socks will be accepted & counted 🙌. Let’s knock this out of the park for OEI & MAKE*A*WISH

Merry Christmas!!! We want to thank you all for your understanding with our closure Sunday evening to have our Christmas party. It was a much needed time away from the hustle and bustle of store life to reconnect with each other as friends, not just
co-workers. We appreciate all of you for your patience and bearing with us during this long stressful year of numerous large catering events (huge thank you to the catering crew!)and the store crew being short staffed most of the days. We’re recharging our batteries and we’re getting ready to take on 2024!

FRESH MAINE CHRISTMAS TREES AND WREATHS ARE IN!!

Well those who frequent our store have all seen the “red light” to advise when we have reached our meager 5 customer count. Well......no more. We will now be able to up our customer count, while still observing social distancing, which will allow some relief to our customers and also our staff. So the sign about the red light has been taken down. I couldn’t be happier.

HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A TALKING WINE BOTTLE??? We have them at Dads Place. Here is an example. We think it’s kinda cool? What are your thoughts?
