We have highlighted whiskey and now it's time to talk tequila. Today and tomorrow we will highlight the Siempre Tequila line at The Liquor Lane. They claim their tequila is "Liquid Luxury" and honestly we agree!

First of two tequilas is the SIMPRE TEQUILA REPOSADO.

This beautifully aged tequila is made with 100% Blue Weber Agave and is uniquely ages in white American oak vats with a deep hand-fired char. It boasts notes of oak, fruity undertones, honey, and vanilla.

Much like the whiskey we highlighted, this tequila has a pretty impressive record....

Cask Strength VS. Bottled in Bond....ever wonder what's the difference? It's actually pretty simple!

Cask Strength Whiskey or Bourbon (sometimes referred to barrel proof or barrel strength) is whiskey bottled directly from the cask. It is not diluted with water, resulting in a higher alcohol content (typically an ABV of 50-75%) and it retains a more intense flavor profile.

Bottled in Bond (or BIB) however is a guarantee of quality and authenticity. If you see this on a label it means it was distilled by one distillery and produced within one distilling season, then bottled at precisely 100 proof and aged for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse.
