I wanted to take the time to make a special post of thanks this morning to our long time manager and friend, Mrs. Robin. She made the decision to leave the store this weekend, and she will be greatly missed by us and all of her regular customers! We couldn’t have done this without her for the last decade!

TRAVEL: This map shows approximate times when icy travel will become a problem across the Deep South due to snow and ice. Just a guideline for those that need to drive…

Understand this map shows the time travel issues will BEGIN; with Arctic air moving in, icy travel issues will likely linger into Wednesday morning.

The most significant travel issues will over the northern quarter of Alabama (mainly the Tennessee Valley), but light freezing rain or freezing drizzle could bring icy patches down into the central and southwest part of the state by tomorrow night.

I will have a new video briefing and discussion a little later today.
