Sarah Bush Lincoln thanks John and Lori Woodruff, owners of Express Drive-Thru in Mattoon, for donating a selection of fine spirits for the annual SBL Holiday Festival. Express Drive-Thru donated two cases of wine, six hard-to-find bottles of Weller bourbon and one bottle of 12 years old “Lot B” Van Winkle Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

The cases of wine will be available during a Wine Pull as part of Friends’ Night Out, to be held from 5 to 7 pm on Thursday, November 14, in the SBL Lumpkin Education Center. The six bottles of Weller bourbon and bottle of Van Winkle bourbon whiskey are available for bidding during the Holiday Festival Gala and Live Auction, which starts at 7 pm Saturday, November 16.

“We are grateful for John and Lori’s continued support of SBL and the Holiday Festival,” SBL Special Events Officer Kim Lockart said. “People have the chance to win rare items while supporting SBL’s greatest needs.”

Tickets for the Gala and Live Auction are sold out but the Foundation is accepting silent bids. For more information, contact the SBL Health Foundation at 217-258-2511.
