1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers, crushed
1 ½ cups chopped pecans
¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
¼ cup cocoa
½ cup Rum Chata
3 tbs Karo syrup
Fun toppings to roll the balls in - coconut - more nuts- sprinkles - whatever!!
Combine vanilla wafers, nuts, 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar, and cocoa in a large bowl.
Mix in Rum Chata and Karosyrup until well combined.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in confectioners’ sugar / or other fun toppings to coat.
