"Broken Top Straight Rye Whiskey", was awarded a Gold Medal along with being named Oregon Rye Distillery of the Year award at the New York International Spirits Competition.

Broken Top Straight Rye Whiskey pours a light caramel appearance that leaves a bit of leg in Glencairn glass. Aromas of spice, vanilla, and a touch of citrus are evident as the glass is brought to the nose. Then flavors of creamy spice with oak, vanilla, and come forth. After a second sip, a bit of smoke flavor is faint on the back of the mouth. It finishes with a pleasant spiciness that lingers on the palate for a bit which only makes you wait for another sip!

Vinn Baijiu -- so far, the only all-American Baijiu on the market. Vinn is a rice-aroma baijiu, which means it starts with a rice grain fermentation and a rice-based Qu. A primary note of mellow toasted nut/grain, and then the fermented sweetness typical of baijiu appears.
Vinn Honey Baijiu - the honey and baijiu meld together beautifully for a sweet, malty, cinnamon spirit. Sip this after dinner neat or with a single ice cube. Make it a cocktail simply by adding some apple juice and you'll think of nothing but apple pies.

India-Rich, barley, and fruit nose with citrus, spices, creamy sweetness, and a hint of peat. The “fusion” begins with 25% cask strength peated single malt and 75% cask strength (unpeated) single malt from Amrut. Matured for 6-9 months in used bourbon barrels at a hefty 100 proof.

Happy St. Paddy's Day!
TONIC Wine & Spirits wishes everyone good health, good luck, and happiness for today and every day!

Little late to post but not late to try this St Patrick’s day Shake!

What you need:
1.5oz Baileys Original Irish Cream (we have it at 10% discount today!)
½ cup of milk
Two scoops mint choc chip ice cream
Chocolate sauce
Chopped nuts

How to make:
Blend together the milk, Baileys and ice cream until you reach a consistency you like. Add more ice cream if you want – why not?
2. Swirl some chocolate sauce round the inside of a sundae glass.
3. Pour the shake into glass and then top with whipped cream, mixed nuts, mint, mini meringues, anything green and tasty you can find.
4. Raise your glasses to St Patrick’s Day – sláinte!
