The Assistant Night Store Manager is responsible for the operation of the grocery store from 4pm-12am, 6 days per week.

They will be responsible for the following:

- Ordering products, managing store inventory, and monitoring product quality.

- Upholding high standards of customer service, responding to customer complaints and backing up cashiers when necessary.

- Implement plans which improve customer service, increase sales, and motivate employees.

- Supervise and help employees, participating in the process of hiring and training employees.
