~ Florez Wines Monsieur Mysterieux 2022 (California, USA) - Florez Wines is all about pushing the boundaries of natural winemaking. “Monsieur Mysterieux” lives up to its name—a red blend shrouded in intrigue. With grapes sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Santa Cruz, this wine is crafted with minimal intervention, letting the terroir shine through. Expect dark berry flavors with earthy undertones and a hint of spice. Florez Wines is a small, family-run operation that believes in the magic of spontaneous fermentation, making each bottle a unique expression of the vintage.

- Straka Welschriesling Greenschist 2022 (Austria) - From the heart of Burgenland, the Straka family has been making wine for generations, but it’s only recently that their Welschriesling has gained international attention. The unique Greenschist soil on their vineyard gives the wine its signature mineral complexity. Straka is known for its dedication to biodynamic practices, letting nature guide their winemaking process. This bottle is a testament to their commitment to quality and the land they farm.

- Konigschaffhausen Kiechlinsbergen Pinot Blanc de Noir 2023 (Baden, Germany) - This wine comes from the vineyards of the ancient Konigschaffhausen cooperative, which dates back to 1933. Located in the picturesque Kaiserstuhl region, their vines grow in volcanic soils, imparting a unique character to their wines.
