R/C Kill Devil Hills Movies 10 is excited to announce Q&As for the film THE PEANUT BUTTER FALCON with writers/directors Tyler Nilson & Michael Schwartz on Friday 8/23 after the 9:30 PM show & Saturday 8/24 after the 6:45 PM show & after the 9:30 PM show. Dixie 105.7’s Ray Turner will be our Moderator!
Zak a young man with Down syndrome, who runs away from a residential nursing home to follow his dream of attending the professional wrestling school of his idol, The Salt Water Redneck. A strange turn of events pairs him on the road with Tyler, a small time outlaw on the run, who becomes Zak's unlikely coach and ally. Together they wind through deltas, elude capture, drink whisky, find God, catch fish, and convince Eleanor, a kind nursing home employee charged with Zak's return, to join them on their journey.

Attention Dare Co. residents! Did you get your Dominion bill yet?! Well it’s going to be high!

ATTENTION!!! In case you missed it, Dominion Energy is raising our rates 9.1%! They sent out a notice of the meeting THIS Wednesday, August 7th public hearing almost two months ago, hoping we’d forget about it. Check their page, no reminders for the other public hearings they hosted. Please share so our neighbors have a chance to show up and make their voices heard! August 7th, 7:00 pm, at the Dare County Courthouse.
