We are interested in hearing from collaborators, who may have items we can offer at retail in the Scoobys DELI department.

Whatcha got ? Nothing is out of the question !

(I'll bet I end up eating those words ...)

We will have a realllllllly tight and focused retail/deli area, but we're open to knowing what you might be selling, that we can sell FOR you !

Status update !

We have had a buuuuusy January, distracted by a couple of other projects that demanded our attention, but it's not far off now !!

* Liquor licenses are all in place
* Parking lot and front courtyard are 99% done
* We have almost all of our rough-in building inspections done

We are in the finish and decorate phase. Some insulation and ceilings going up soon, then it's time to decorate and fire up the grills !

Our target date at Scoobys is Memorial Day weekend.

We will start some menu item teases soon.

(That little place across the street, to the left, with the 5 sided front room is Scoobys ...)

The transformative project is expected to break ground this year in Manistee.
