1.25 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin75 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Boiling Water
1 tsp Sugar
1 small pinch Ground Cinnamon
GARNISH: Orange Slice & Star Anise

INSTRUCTIONS: Combine ingredients in a mug. Garnish.
