Our hungry little friend has been returning regularly every evening and ‘shopping’ from various insecure garbage bins looking for food. The game warden has strongly suggested securing bins to help this little guy move on from downtown and reduce the possibility of further injury with the risk of being hit by a car.
This was from our security camera last night behind the shop on Main Street. It’s the third time the garbage cans from shops around us in the last week. It looks like he may be injured
*** UPDATE***
The game warden is aware of this guy and are tracking him. He has asked for assistance to help our friend relocate and is concerned for his safety as long as he sticks around with easy access to garbage.
