DINNER AND A DRIVE - Even after launching a successful catering and event company in Seattle, Washington Michal Gola and Osiris Navarro found themselves longing for something different. A road trip through the Southwest and New Mexico led to one of those "thunderstruck" moments. They found themselves staring at a building people had been ignoring for ten years.
