Croccante- Italian Pilsner- “Come snag a “Croccante!” which is Italian for Crisp! This light, crispy, Italian Pilsner was brewed with a traditional Pilsner base and has been dry-hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrueh and Tettnang hops. While the floral aroma punches through, this beer remains light, crisp and low in bitterness. Saluti!”
Oak of the Lake-Festbier- they took their festbier, split it into two tanks and put this one on French oak spirals to infuse some oaky notes to the festbier! Very good and unique!
Look at this Smigglesgraph!- milkshake IPA- we had to get a Smiggles beer in! This one is brewed in collaboration with Bolero Snort. They used a ton of Skittles, El Dorado, Zappa, Michigan Copper, Pineapple and Lactose to make this one!
Were Gonna Need a Bigger Pontoon- New England double IPA- This NEIPA features Azacca and El Dorado hops finishes off with a bite of Citra in the dry hop. In these hazy waters you’ll encounter a wave of tropical fruit notes and a strong citrus aroma. Drink it quick or you’re sure to be dead in the water!
The dichotomy of Stout Season. Delicious rare Brownie Bash Pumpkin Stouts from Pontoon, and Prairie’s Christmas Bomb! Very different, very delicious!

“Continuing our celebration of a decade of Ghost in the Machine, we are pumped to bring you one of our favorite past DIPA collabs, this time brewed right here in the Louisiana swamp (instead of the Florida one). Along with our very good amigos at Tripping Animals @trippinganimalsbrewing, we present to you: Animals in the Machine, a thick and fluffy hazy DIPA that highlights the use of modern hop innovations like dosing only Citra Incognito in the kettle and double-dry hopping with Citra Cryo on the cold side. It’s a jungle of tropical lupulin aromas and a wild safari of intense hop flavor, which both of us breweries love most in our hazies.”
