We can't believe its been a year since we collabed with for a sessionable West Coastish IPA with Simcoe and Nelson hops. It was so well received that we had to make it again but this time with Nelson Hops from which explode your palate with dank cannabis, citrus, and hints of pine and gooseberry. This beer comes in at 6.2% and is sure to be enjoyed by many. Cheers!!

We just tapped a keg we have been cellaring for a decade. For a long time, Samiclaus held the title as strongest beer in the world. A 14% ABV doppelbock that continues to develop the longer it is aged, we think 10 years did the trick. Happy holidays! 🍻

Tomorrow we have a special tasting event with from 5pm-8pm. We will have draft pours of Juicy & Wild Blue-Belle and Black-Belle. We will also have bottle pours of Muscar-Elle, Fontan-Elle, Oude Kriek Schar-Elle, and Organic Geuze Naur-Elle. Bring your tums because it's about to get sour!!!

Beer descriptions:

Black-Belle: Unique unfiltered blend of self-brewed, spontaneous fermented lambics, aged in oak barrels and macerated with Black Currant.

Blue-Belle: Unique unfiltered blend of self-brewed, spontaneous fermented lambics, aged in oak barrels and macerated with the Muscat Bleu Grape, grown in Limburg, Belgium.

Muscar-Elle: Unique unfiltered blend of self-brewed, spontaneous fermented lambics, aged in oak barrels and macerated with the Muscaris grape.

Fontan-Elle: Traditional blend of different lambics of different ages, selected for their aroma and taste. Beer of spontaneous fermentation, aged in oak barrels. Bottle fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Schar-Elle: Beer of a unique unfiltered blend of self-brewed, spontaneous fermented lambics, aged in oak barrels and macerated with Schaarbeekse Krieken. Bottle fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Organic Geuze Natur-Elle: Organic Geuze from home-brewed organic lambics, with refermentation in the bottle. This unique blend of different vintages is made with organic grains and hops. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
