🥃 NEW PAPPY VAN WINKLE BARREL FERMENTED CI**RS BY DREW ESTATE!🥃

💨 Check out some newly added vitolas added to our PAPPY'S collection here at Discount Smokes! Many of you know and LOVE Pappy Van Winkle Barrel Fermented Ci**rs, so we've added some additional sizes, and just in time for the holiday get-togethers!

💨 The Pappy Van Winkle Barrel Fermented ci**rs by Drew Estate, the largest producer of handmade ci**rs in Nicaragua, feature a handrolled double wrapper using a "tapa Negra" wrapper over a Mexican San Andres base wrapper, and hand selected long-filler to***co from Kentucky, Mexico, & Indonesia. These ci**rs go through a fermentation process that produce a truly unique flavor profile. The hand selected to***co leaves from Kentucky are packing into small bundles known as torquettes. These torquettes are then loaded into Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon barrels, water is added, while immense pressure is applied to the torque ties via railroad jacks. The small bundles of to***co are removed 2-3 times a year, shaken out, then repacked. The total fermentation process takes 12 to 18 months to complete. This process contributes to the cigar's rich aroma, and notes of hickory, charcoal, and over-all earthier flavors.

💨 The Pappy Van Winkle Barrel Fermented ci**rs were created to honor the Van Winkle family's Bourbon legacy & the classic cigar-making process. These ci**rs are considered a very traditional "el habano" cigar using a Cuban-seed, handpicked blend, and the traditional Cuban "entubado" rolling style. In combination with the fermentation process, these ci**rs are vastly different from anything else on the market.
