The blood drive will take place in the Chapel from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Donors will receive $50.00 from The Blood Connection!

It has been a while since Louisburg Mercantile has been on the airwaves - I am excited to share that tomorrow there is an inaugural event happening in downtown Louisburg - Celebrating Diversity in the Arts. There will be performances at the amphitheater, food trucks, and several vendors. Hope to see you all there because it will be a great day to enjoy the last of the beautiful spring weather, shop the unique products from local artists and small businesses, and celebrate diversity and your community!
Louisburg Mercantile will close the store on Main Street today. THANK YOU to everyone who supported us - It was a great experience! The business will hopefully live on, just in a different venue! Louisburg is a fabulous small town, and we have gotten to know some of the most wonderful people 🥰
Thursday night's Open Mic Night was amazing! If you haven't attended yet, you need to mark your calendar for March 23rd - 6 to 8 pm. And, if you want to perform, please feel free to do so.

The Town of Louisburg has some great events lined up for the approaching holidays! Join us on Thursday, December 1st at 6:30 pm for our annual Christmas Tree Lighting at the Franklin County Court House Square. The event will feature performances from the Louisburg School of Dance and Christmas carols sung by the South Main Street Church Choir.
Then, on Sunday, December 4th, come out for our annual Louisburg Christmas Vendor Christmas Market from 12 pm to 5 pm at the Downtown Louisburg Amphitheater Parking Lot. Shop for unique Christmas gifts from local vendors, and then bring the whole family out for Fun Land. There will be rides, bounce houses, photos with Santa, and food trucks. And don't forget to check out Louisburg's annual Christmas Parade at 3 pm. Some of your favorite schools, organizations, and businesses will be participating. We look forward to seeing you.
Louisburg Mercantile is closed today as we give thanks with our friends and family. We will reopen tomorrow at 8 am to kick off the holiday shopping season.
