From vine to wine: A glimpse into our Bernat vineyard! 🍇🍷

These beautiful clusters of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are on the cusp of a magical transformation called veraison. Right now, they're green and firm, but soon they'll begin changing color and softening.

During veraison, these Cabernet grapes slowly turn from vibrant green to deep purple-black. It's not just about color, though—they'll also start accumulating sugars and developing the complex flavors that Cabernet Sauvignon is famous for.

We carefully nurture these vines throughout the seasons, and moments like these remind us why. Each cluster holds the promise of the bold, structured Cabernet Sauvignon wines to come.

We had the pleasure of hosting and her .tv crew at our Café Farm! We gave them a tour of where the magic begins for our fresh, local ingredients.

Monique is exploring the Santa Ynez Valley for a special '20 years since Sideways' episode, showcasing how our region has evolved. After visiting the farm Monique and her crew went to the Café to see what Chef Brooke was conjuring up with the produce. We look forward to seeing how Monique shares all the fun she had exploring the valley in their whirlwind trip!
