This next workshop will focus on healthier holiday choices as we learn fun ways to elevate and grow on our health and wellness journey. We will be sharing tips, recipes and enjoying a quick and delicious food demonstration. We can’t wait to see you there!

We were thrilled to partner with our friends x for our 1st Hank’s Health Fest! We kicked off the day with .hfc! We were happy to provide a safe space for our community to move their bodies! : ARE YOU READY! WE ARE! Join us…Saturday, July 22nd | 10AM - 3PM!!! We are excited to partner with + to host our 1st Hank’s Health Fest for our beautiful community!!! 🍊🌺🌿✨

This will be our 1st big community activation/gathering in three years! This will be a day our family, friends, neighbors, organizations, vendors, and our partners unite to advocate and celebrate health and wellness for all. A fun-filled day of art, a food panel discussion, health fair, story time, a taste experience, and trap zumba. All ages are welcome!
