Back in-store, KOLFOK Querschnitt Grüner Veltliner is an organic, unfiltered wine made from a blend of Burgenland soils, including volcanic, schist, and loam, fermented in 1200L oak barrels. New in-store, KOLFOK Querschitt Blaufrankisch (with 20% Cab Sauv) is a juicy, organic, natural wine fermented with native yeast and minimal intervention, offering a Cru Beaujolais-like profile from low-yielding, 1970s vineyards.
