In the spirits of transparency, we want to address the inner-workings of how our Allocated Whiskey Raffle operates now that this round is over:
Our process for tickets is this:
First and foremost, in order to receive any tickets at all, you must be a Spirits Club member. In regards to dollars spent, you spend over $500 through our 6 month collection period you automatically receive 1 ticket, if you are a Rickhouse member of at least 6 months you automatically receive 1 ticket, if you are a Rickhouse+ member you automatically receive 1 ticket.
As a real-time example, if you spend over $500 and are a Rickhouse+ member, you receive 2 tickets; spending over $1000 over our 6-month collection period and you are a RIckhouse+ member, you automatically receive 3 tickets and so on…
Our process for selection is this:
We run through every allocated bottle and we run tickets for each of those bottles. We give you the opportunity to purchase these bottles at MSRP after we run a proprietary automated and randomized drawing.
When we run the drawing, we start with Tier 1 selections and remove the tickets that won before running the Tier 2 selections. And so on for Tier 2 in turn for Tier 3. If you have more tickets, there are more opportunities to win bottles. This ensures the maximum bottles are made available for purchase without repeat winners.
