Our general manager, Erin, was tasked in creating her own collaboration beer at the beginning of this year. She chose @riverlandsbrewingcompany because they make great beer in every style!
Erin chose to brew a West Coast Pilsner because she loves clean drinking hoppy beers. This is a beer that will be great for the warm weather and can really be enjoyed by any beer drinker.

Recipe:
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup lager beer
• 1½ cups half & half
• ½ teaspoon ground mustard
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk together until a thick and clumpy paste forms, about 1 minute.
2. In a slow and steady stream, whisk in the milk. After it’s all added, continue whisking until it slightly thickens, about 1 minute.
3. Whisk in the remaining
ingredients until combined.
4. Remove the cheese dip from heat and pour into a serving dish.
