EDRIVE:
CORE does more large off-grid installations than anyone in this market. Taking knowledge from the CORE PRO brand of work trailers, the EDRIVE system in this 5510 is the most capable in its class. The structural composite construction provides unmatched thermal efficiency, allowing the EDRIVE system to power this trailer longer off-grid than anything in its class.

-Solar: This installation uses 560W total of integrated solar panels (200W on trailer and 360W on rooftop tent shell) with two SmartSolar MPPT charge controllers for optimized production.
-Storage: Two 300AH V2 steel-cased self-heating lithium batteries with Victron coms provide a trouble-free 7.8kWh of energy storage.
-120VAC: The Victron MPII 3000VA inverter/charger provides up to 2400W continuous and 5500W intermittent power, more than enough for trouble-free operation of the A/C / Heat Pump simultaneously with the induction cooktop. No fuels required. Interior and exterior outlets provide plenty of ways to use that power.
-12VDC: Trailer controls and lighting are operated from 12VDC for maximum efficiency with the inverter off.
-Controls: Monitor and control everything with the Victron touch-screen display. The Cerbo allows for remote monitoring and control of the energy system. Lighting controls are multiplexed to 3 different keypads, allowing for control and dimming from the left, right, and galley positions.

-Steel chassis
-Timbren independent axle-less off road suspension (3500lb HD)
-Goodyear Duratrac tires, aluminum wheels, matching spar
-Channel-mount hitch coupler (use with ball or Lock-N-Roll, adjustable height
-Rear stabilizer jacks for leveling on uneven surfaces are cabable of lifting trailer for tire changes

Body:
INTELLI-CORE Structural fiberglass/foam composite panels bonded into a fully-insulated stud-less unibody provides unmatched strength, thermal efficiency, dent-resistance, and repairability. The floor, walls, roof, doors, etc. are fully insulated and have no voids for water or mold formation, no metal or wood structures. The extreme thermal efficiency allows for extended or continuous climate control with the EDRIVE off-grid energy system.

Interior:
-Segment-first floor-mounted A/C / Heat Pump provides variable, high-efficiency, and silent climate control without sacrificing interior or rooftop space.
-Industry-first composite laminated cabinetry: dent-free, waterproof, easy-to clean, and attractive cabinetry with Blum hardware and ample storage.
-Lighting: fully-dimmable main & acctent lighting, and reading lights make the interior experience luxurious.
-Trifold queen mattress folds into sofa position
-MB Quart multi-zone stereo system with color display offers speakers in the interior and galley
-CORE Rail modular accessory rails allow easy configuration of interior

Galley:
-Side-opening galley door offers unmatched organization with CORE Rail storage for utensils, flip-up tables, cupholders, etc.
-Solid surface countertop is durable and attractive - no particle board
-Waterproof cabinetry
-Slide out induction cooktop and counter surface for instant cooking with no fuels
-Fridge slide with dedicated branch circuit for fridge power
-120VAC outlet
-Quick-connect water port
Front Storage:
-Lockable, insulated front storage compartment with doors to fully access luggage, batteries, and climate-control system
-Exterior luggage shelf has L-track modular tie-down rails on all 4 sides

Water System:
-11-gallon water storage in frame with skid plate is expandable to 33-gallons without sacrificing storage or raising the center of gravity.
-12V water pump provides pressurized water to quick-connect ports in galley and side of trailer (shower location). Hot water heaters can be easily connected.
