An authentic wine produced from the original Garnacha, which was first cultivated in AragĆ³n in the 7th Century, and spread around Europe by the Medieval Kingdom of AragĆ³n. The wine is characterized by aromas of ripe black fruit, overlaid with spices such as black pepper. There is an obvious minerality to the wine, proceeding from vineyards' diverse range of soil types.

Very limited 2023 bourbon releases from Bombergers and Shenks š„
Bombergerās Declaration Distillery Bourbon is a robust Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, bottled at 108 proof with a broad spectrum of distinctively rich characters. It is matured in special barrels, some of which were made from Chinquapin oak that has been naturally air dried for over 3 years. The distillery honors the legacy of the former distillery known as Bombergerās in the 1800s and later as Michterās in the 20th Century. $229.99
Shenk's is a Kentucky Sour Mash Whiskey made with a substantial amount of rye. We're happy to report that this year's Shenk's release will feature a higher percentage of whiskey aged in Chinquapin oak than in previous years, as well as longer aging times. The wood has been naturally air dried, seasoned for at least 3 years, and toasted and charred on the inside. These measures allow the oak's unique aroma and flavor profiles to fully express themselves in each batch. $199.99

Fig Dark and Stormy
ā¢ 1 Tbsp fig preserve
ā¢ 2 oz dark rum or bourbon
ā¢ Juice of 1/2 lemon
ā¢ 4 oz Ginger Beer
ā¢ fresh figs and thyme for garnish
ā¢ Combine fig preserves, rum or bourbon, lemon juice in your cocktail shaker
ā¢ Shake, shake, shake
ā¢ Strain into your favorite cocktail glass
ā¢ Top off with Ginger Beer

Pumpkin Spice Latte-tini š
-1 1/2 oz White Rum of your choice
-3 oz vanilla/almond milk
-1 tsp honey
-Ice
-Pumpkin Spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves)
-In your cocktail shaker, combine: rum, milk, honey, ice
-Shake Shake Shake!
-Pour into frosted glass
-Sprinkle with your pumpkin spice
-Garnish festively!

Teacherās Pet:
-2 oz vodka
-1/2 oz coconut rum
-1/2 oz apple juice
-splash of grenadine
-apple slice for garnish
ā¢Fill cocktail shaker with ice
ā¢Pour in vodka, rum, juice, grenadine
ā¢Shake well
ā¢Strain into martini glass
ā¢Garnish with apple slice

Thereās something about a sunny, summer brunch, that just makes us think of a cool, crisp, Bloody Mary (or a Bloody Maria, if tequila does the trick for you:) It might also be the abundance of garnishes that could accompany themš
A Classic Bloody Mary (Maria):
4 oz Tomato Juice (or substitute with Clamato for a richer, bolder taste)
6 oz Vodka (or Tequila for the Maria option)
2 oz lemon juice
1 oz lime juice
1 1/2 tbs horseradish
1 tbs Worcestershire
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp course ground black pepper
Possible garnish options:
Limes
Lemons
Onions
Pickles
Carrots
Celery
Cucumber
Baby corn
