Hello everyone! Due to the unforeseen circumstances that have occurred we would like to offer our perishable items in mystery/grab bags at different prices. Bags will be numbered and you will pick which number based on dollar value. (Follow up post with numbered bags to come) Prices range from $25-$100. CASH ONLY. There will not be a set time we are open, but just message us on Facebook and we can set up a time. Typically there will be someone available.

April 3, 2024 – It is with deep regret that we announce the closure of our retail storefront. The decision is necessitated by the challenging circumstances arising from the recent cannabis legalization in Minnesota. Regrettably, the current legal framework restricts the sale of products that align with consumer preferences, resulting in a significant decline in foot traffic and a staggering 137% decrease in our business compared to the same period last year.

This situation is clearly unsustainable, and we are profoundly appalled by the lack of foresight and effective management demonstrated in the implementation of these new laws. We are actively monitoring developments in the legal landscape, including proposed amendments to legislation introduced this year. We remain optimistic that the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) will enact changes that acknowledge the adverse impact on established, fully compliant businesses like ours, as part of the forthcoming licensing process.

To our valued patrons, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support. We urge you to stay connected with us through our Website and page, where we will provide updates on any developments, announcements, or progress regarding our efforts to adapt to these regulatory challenges and pursue the necessary remodeling plans in anticipation of obtaining a license.

Sadly, we are changing our store hours. We will now be closed on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. And only open until 8pm on Friday and Saturday instead of 9:30pm. And you can always shop Online.

Minnesota's new laws have greatly affected our business in a negative way. As we monitor the new Office Of Cannabis Management and their rulemaking process, it's beginning to look less likely that we'll be able to get a license.

A) The New laws have crippled us so we are losing business, thus we can't afford their license fee's.

B) Per the new laws, The FACT is, any and ALL H**p Derived vapes & carts are Now 100% illegal in Minnesota. That means D 8, D 10, T H C -0, or any variation there of... The Shops that continue to sell them, are doing so illegally! And further hurt my business, because they sell what I wont to remain compliant.

We STILL get customers almost daily that don't know this and inform us they "just bought one from wXyZ Store." And they walk out because we don't have them anymore.

C) Though I understand the positive intent behind the laws, it has still become a system that is supporting criminal behavior at a time when it was illegal, and it is creating a system that includes racial factors in the decision process. If we claim to truly want equality, we have to stop including race, gender, etc... as part of any decision factor. Thus making us lower on the qualifying points because:
1) were not of a "minority" race,
2) haven't been "charged with any "ma*****na related crimes" or,
3) don't live in a disproportionately low income area.
Again, I get the intent. But It's being done wrong and it will only create further divide and animosities.

D) Meeker County Clearly doesn't want to move forward with the rest of the country & world. By reinstating an ordinance to ban any Canna use throughout the county. That hasn't worked ANYWHERE for DECADES, yet somehow it's going to work here.

E) I know Meeker County will put another ban on sale throughout the county for another year once licenses are available. So that will only send all business into other counties. Away from mine, assuming I would get a license...

Then I'll close for good and some other business, one who isn't as invested in education, proper use, quality products will become the dispensary in Meeker County.

But... As frustrated and bitter as that may all sound, we are still very hopeful. We don't intend to give up until we absolutely see no path to success.

Just going to put this out there. For those of you unaware. Just know that Meeker County is not Cannabis Friendly.

But don't worry, it's still perfectly legal to crowd the doors of restaurants and other local businesses, and force children to walk through clouds of secondhand to***co smoke there, at parks, and everywhere else.

But here in Meeker County, we insist on trying to impose "laws" that clearly haven't worked for decades. Yet somehow, we can make them work here... ¯\(°_o)/¯

So enjoy your beer & ci******es on your pontoon, but not your cannabis drinks... Oh No!! not your THC drinks or gummies. Theyz is from da Devil!

Can you say; "Goodby local summer commerce" ? If I am looking for a place to go camping or boating and I want to enjoy what is now legal in MN without risk of undue prosecution... guess where I'm NOT going. Yep, you guessed it. Any place with ordinances against it.

Educate yourselves Meeker County, you are Out Of Touch!

Meeker County Board approved an ordinance during its Jan. 2 meeting that prohibits the public use of cannabis products in the county.
