Due to rain forecast, numbers available at 8:00 (one set for barn & one set for house/garage), I don’t want folks standing in the rain then come back before 9:00 to get in barn and house/garage. I may limit the number of folks in each to be able to shop with ease. NOTE: truck is sold!

Welcome to our next estate sale adventure of 2025! I’m all about working with my Clients to find the right solution and for this sale the family did all the preparation work then we priced items fairly for you, like we always do, and we are running the sale with the families help!. I know when people read the address they may think is she crazy but Waverly is only 30 minutes from Elmira and what a better way to spend your day than take a short drive to find quality furniture, décor and tools at great prices, we all know about retail store prices. Come spend time with us on beautiful, peaceful country property. We will have the coffee on!

Since the weather forecast is light rain, I will give out numbers at 8:00
Numbers for garage will be up by barn (top of hill) and numbers for house/garage will be near the house (bottom of hill). Come grab a number and either hang around or come back by 8:55 to get in line, we will open at 9:00
Please form 2 lines; one for the house/attached garage and one for the barn
There will be 2 Hold/Tally Areas; one for the house and attached garage and one for the barn
There will be 1 Check Out near the house/garage. Bring your Tally sheets from house/garage and barn, pay for all your purchases, we will give you a paid slip, then pick up your purchases from the respective Hold Tables
We can provide assistance between house/garage and barn for you and your purchases should you need it
There is plenty of parking, park at your own risk and be responsible and respectful of the property and others

Welcome to our 5th sale of 2025 but whose counting! This estate sale has so many treasurers, highlights are vintage radios, vintage toys, vintage Christmas, vintage furniture, bunk beds, MCM dining room set, Pyrex coffee pots and tools, tools, tools and lots of other great things too. We worked diligently to prepare and price items fairly for you.  Remember, if it’s in the pictures it’s in the sale when we open. There is a lot in this house & garage, too much to list so I will post a walk through video on Wednesday.

- No numbers, just come and line up. There will be 2 lines, one for the house and one for the garage. The house is small so I may need to limit the number of folks in the house
- Please park responsibility at your own risk. There’s plenty of parking up and down on Scott Road. DO NOT park on River Road because cars can go too fast.
- We need to leave the driveway clear for folks to drive in and pick up their purchases and for our handicapped customers.
- Hold and Check Out will be outside we ran out of room in the house

Anyone need a complete king or queen bed in excellent condition? We ran out of space in the Arnot Mall store, these are in a Strawberry Flats apartment. Asking $350 for king and $250 for queen. Both sets were purchased 2 years ago and slept on judt a few times when she came up from FL to visit. You must be able to remove them yourself. Thanks for looking!

Many, many thanks for your support at our Flint Road moving sale! Our customers are the best, thank you!! We are resting and working on our next sale.

In packing up at Flint Road these lawnmower blades go with the craftsman riding lawn mower and I’d very much like to get them to the person who bought the lawnmower.
