Thanks for another great Friday! I think we are going to do bacon burnt ends next Friday too. I haven't seen anyone do these except Travis Heims from Heims BBQ, and I like to be different. So come try them next Friday.

Heims BBQ was my very first Texas BBQ joint that I went to, and it's still my favorite BBQ I've had. I'm going to start trying to make bacon burnt ends, so keep a lookout. I love my pork belly burnt ends, but bacon burnt ends are just a little better 😎, so hopefully I can figure it out.
