We need your help!

Legislative Bill 388 recently passed in the Nebraska Legislature’s Revenue
Committee on March 21. In an effort generate revenue to ease the burden of
property taxes in the state, LB388 proposes a 100% h**p sales tax. This would
result in the post-tax price of h**p products doubling.

We don’t believe this is an appropriate solution for property tax relief, especially
when recent polling indicated that at least 70% of Nebraska’s citizens are
favorable toward statewide ma*****na legalization.

With LB999 also in the works, it seems that h**p has a target on its back in
Nebraska. Now, more than ever, we need your help to protect your access to the
h**p products you love.
