It's Friday! Why not open a few more delicious bottles for bourbon hour! To go along with the Penelope Rio we will also be cracking open a bottle of Penelope American Light Whiskey 17yr, Jack Daniel's 12yr, and Jack Daniel's 14yr. Cheers!

This afternoon's bourbon happy hour will feature the return of Penelope Rio! Matt will have this bottle ready to crack right at 5PM. Not only are we opening a bottle for bourbon hour, but we will also be having a raffle for a chance to purchase a bottle of Penelope Rio!

The rules for the raffle are as follows:
-6 bottles will be raffled
-Must be in store to enter the raffle
-Entry slips will be available at the bar. Ask a bartender for a slip
-Only one entry per customer
-You may NOT fill out someone else's name
-Registration will end at 11:30AM on Sunday
-The Drawing will be held at Noon on Sunday via Facebook Live

Sammy found that the safest place to keep his tennis ball is between his back legs. 🥸

You can meet Sammy this weekend and our other adoptable dogs this Saturday from 12-2pm at our Wine, Beer, and Spirits [5220 N 27th St] meet and greet.

Honestly, we are SHOCKED Sammy is still looking for a home. He's a great size at just under 50 lbs, does well with other dogs, and he's just the cutest and sweetest. If you just fell in love with Sammy like we hope you did, shoot us an email at [email protected] so you can get pre-approved to adopt and take him home on Saturday!

What with the winter storm reminding us "this is Nebraska" and the Kinkaider party, we fell a little behind with all the new beers we got in last week! Don't let it be said we don't have options for everyone! We've got a brand new Weldwerks drop with a killer hop focus on the DIPA Juicy bits, the arrival of the much asked for Montucky Cold Snap (love the ironic name for when it came), and a whole bunch of breweries from across our neighbor, Iowa. Stoked for Single Speed!

Thank you all for coming out to our "Big One" Kinkaider/Bierhaus Tap Takeover! We hope everyone had a fantastic time celebrating good brews, phenomenal food, and the fun vibes Friday night! A special thank you to Kinkaider Brewing Company Broken Bow for helping us host, SoCal Taco Shop for prepping up some killer meals, and most importantly, all of you for continuing to support everything we do here!!! From all of us at beer and bar, thank you for an amazing 2024, and let's raise a glass to all the fun plans we have for 2025.
