Here at the New York Butcher Shop of Lexington, we take pride in selling local South Carolina products. Like Still There or Adams Apple Co. Sauces Or perhaps you’re more interested in our Charleston Bloody Mary Mix Need something sweet? We’ve got cookies and breads from local bakers. We even have Keisler’s Mill Grits. So come in and shop local!

Today we're talking about the Teres Major, a very tender cut of meat you probably haven't heard of before. It's incredibly versatile, but one of our favorite ways to cook it is just like a steak! Come in and check it out for yourself!

Malbec wines are known for their bold fruit flavors and smooth chocolate finish. They are great for a leaner cuts of meat like a fillet or teres Major. Come check all of great wines and don't forget about our wine tasting ever Friday at 4pm. If you really love wine, ask about our wine club!
