We'll have hot spiced wine, boozy hot chocolate and boozy coffee available in Social District cups tonight. Then walk around Downtown Lenoir and enjoy all of the holiday lights! The streets will be closed for your whole family to safely enjoy the event. ❤️🎄☕ (We're open 4-9pm tonight)

New cheese alert: FETA from Looking Glass Creamery in Columbus NC. We've always been focused on great fermented beverages, but we need to do a better job of telling you about things rotating onto our cheeseboard menu! We picked up some fresh Feta on our Asheville supply run last week and let me tell you, this is WAAAYYYY better than any feta you've ever had. It's aged in brine for that wonderful salty flavor, but also has an amazing fresh cream butter note going on in the background. Firm enough to eat as a wedge on the boards, but crumbles up perfectly on our salads for this week. Try it on the board paired with our house made spiced wine jelly and a slice of tangerine.

Apologies, but a reminder that we are closed today to take care of this Goofball we all love and love to laugh at (we had a medical appointment out of town that couldn't be scheduled on one of our off days). If you know, you know.... This weather summoned the gluhwein mojo in me. Gluhwein [pronounced GLOO Vine] = hot mulled wine. We make ours with a blend of red & white wines, lightly sweet, with sliced tangerines and a semi-secret mulling spice blend. And it's on our $6.50 glass list today.

Advent Calendar Season is in full swing!! We have "Mixed Styles" cases for only $60 this year! It's the perfect gift for the beer lover, no matter if that's a friend, family member, or yourself, we don't judge!! 24 individually wrapped and numbered bottles & cans of beer, cider and seltzer.
We also have a few left of the "Taste of the 828" for $119 (supporting western NC businesses affected by the aftermath of Helene, includes beer, cider, cheese, chocolate & mustard!) and "Cider Only" for $89.

The “Taste of the 828” Advent Calendar - $119
24 items from businesses impacted by the effects of Hurricane Helene.

Jennifer grew up in the 828 area code, then proceeded to move away to “hurricane alley” of North Carolina, and lived through storms in Greenville, Wilmington, Southport, Oak Island, and the Inner Banks. One of the difficult learning experiences of living with the aftermath of storm effects is the lack of continued support long after the storm has passed and initial clean up has started. This is our way of supporting our friends in the industry that we have stocked at the shop in the past. This will give them an infusion of cash flow going into the slower winter months, while at the same time giving you a unique opportunity to experience some of our favorite brands from Western North Carolina, in our annual Advent Calendar format. This calendar will be a combination of beer, cider, kombucha, chocolate, cheese, mustard and tea!

Special note: some of these brands need to stay refrigerated. Please place the ones with a special note in the refrigerator until you reach their number in the opening process.

Some of these calendars are limited in number. Calendars must be paid for at time of ordering to ensure fairness. Calendars will be available for pick up in a few weeks.

Thanks to all those who snagged table reservations, and to those who stopped in for Social District beverages. Tonight was AWESOME and we can't wait to do it again!!! ❤️🍻🥂🍾

In celebration we’re releasing November’s Meads a day early.

Jordbaer is back at 15%abv. A sweet Strawberry, Lime Mead with a light hint of mint. One of our all time favorites.

Ambur Apple is a new 13.5%abv Sweet Mead. Made with Apple and Cranberry. Aged on Amburana wood chips.

So grateful to have set our roots in this community. Even on the random days that some have made us feel less than welcome we think about the countless faces that we see daily that we consider to be the best humans we’ve ever known in our lives. Thank you so much everyone, for loving us. ♥️
