In regards to the recent problems some of our customers have been experiencing:

Hillary communications and our credit card company was contacted today. In January 2021, our phone lines, which is what our credit card machine at that time used, were serviced. During that time there were quite a few days that we could not batch out credit cards.

On Friday, April 15, 2022, Hillary communications installed fiber optic cable. Those transactions, that did not batch in January 2021, were finally batched.

This has caused many transactions to post to our customers bank account recently. If you have any recent transactions through your bank from DJ’s that you have questions or concerns about, please contact Renee Johnson via messenger, Megan Gwin or call us at the store to leave a name and number and Renee or Megan will get back with you ASAP.

Please be patient as we are working hard to solve this problem, as well as going through receipts!
We appreciate all of our customers and apologize for the inconvenience!
