Tasting Notes
Nose : Distinctly confidant liquorice-bourbon notes with near perfect bitter-sweet balance; burnt honeycomb and toffee also abound;

Taste : Outstanding richness and sheen to the enormous barley-oak sweetness; again there is a big bourbony cut to the cloth with all the liquorice and molassed sugar normally associated; but the barley adds that extra dimension;

Finish : Long, wonderfully layered oak offering variations of a sweet dry theme; a touch silky with some cream toffee at the death;

Zing 72 Gin is handcrafted in Provence in the South of France. They use winter wheat, fresh local herbs, spices and botanicals to create an aromatic gin full of character and flavor.
The gin is distilled in antique-like small copper alembics in their distillery. The bottle design takes its inspiration from the copper still and their name reflects the maceration of the botanicas which last 72 hours.
I said all that to say... If you are a gin drinker, you should really give this one a whirl!

Baileys Vampire’s Kiss Shots (Makes 4):
4 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
2 oz vodka
1 cup raspberries
2 tbsp sugar
Chocolate syrup
Ice

Purée the raspberries and sugar together in a blender until smooth. In a shaker with ice, mix 1 oz Baileys and .5 oz vodka for each shot. To assemble, just pour 1-2 teaspoons of raspberry purée into each shot glass, fill the remainder with the Baileys & vodka mix and garnish the edge with chocolate syrup.
