Tomorrow is the last day!!! Anything you can give will be so appreciated. I am amazed at everyone at the Humane Society. They love those animals with such selfless hearts and make such a difference in our community. They also have an Amazon wish list!!!! Let’s rally for those fur babies!!!

Happy fall everyone! We are so excited to announce our first annual Paws & Claws Pumpkin-Off! Businesses and organizations throughout Leavenworth County can decorate a pumpkin, real or fake, for the chance to win a prize package worth $500! We will set up in-person donation boxes at local businesses as well as an online donation page, where $1 donated to LCHS, Inc. equals 1 vote for your favorite business and their pumpkin! The business with the most votes will receive a free tour and animal play session for all employees, a plaque, a place on our website until 2025, and advertising on our marquee! If you are a business interested in participating, please let us know ASAP so we can get you a voting box. For the general public, keep an eye out; voting will begin on October 1st and will run through October 19th!
