Our new Tasting Room is finally open again!� We redesign our tastings while we remodeled the space and to create a better experience we are offering Tastings by reservation ONLY. Reservations are offered Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at noon, 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, and 5:00. Reservations may be made on our website, www.thehivewinery.com. Spirits, we have something for you. Our unique blend of products, none made from grapes, represent our desire to highlight our home region. Northern Utah is not known for growing good wine grapes, however we do grow excellence fruit, including peaches, berries, and apples, and we have wonderful honey, so these are the core of what we craft our products around. Located in Layton, Utah, The Hive Winery and Brandy Company is close to sources of wonderful fresh fruit and local honey. We work closely with local farmers to get fruit at its peek and support the agricultural industry of Utah. We NEVER use artificial flavors or colors when creating our wines or spirits. Spiced Pear Cocktail:
5oz Christmas Mead
1oz Aged Pear Brandy
Pour mead in a wine glass, add in the pear brandy. Swirl in the glass gently to mix.

Crafted from heirloom apricots, this lovely wine opens with the wonderful rich aroma of apricots. This wine starts out with a tantalizing hint of apricot on the tongue followed by a long and lingering finish of intense apricot. A pleasant tartness fills the middle pallet creating a smooth, bright, clean wine with excellent balance.

100% AMERICAN - OVEN TOASTED
Oak and Apple, a delightful and distinct aroma welcomes you to this brandy. Aged on American oak, this flavorful brandy has some notes reminiscent to a whiskey which perfectly complement the rich flavor of apple plays on the pallet. The distiller recommends sipping this carefully crafted spirit from a large brandy snifter. This is not a sweet liquor, but a true brandy at 40% Alcohol by volume (80 proof).
