Switchgrass is based out of St Louis, where they work closely with Missouri farmers and cooperages to craft truly LOCAL spirits. We'll be pouring from 5-7pm Thursday! 🔥🥃

"The Climate Could Use a Beer"!! We totally agree, and the roots of this one started in Kansas!! , , and have partnered together to make a beer that can improve the planet!

Kernza, a perennial grain, was developed by The Land Institute in Salina! This wheat-like grain has a huge root system that helps trap carbon. And because it's a perennial grain, it doesn't need to be planted every year, minimizing the need to continually work the land with tractors. This is a delicious beer we can all get behind 👏🔥🍻🌏
