After a short hiatus, we're back with our Wine of the Week. We're looking at ALL of you Sauvi B drinkers! Whether your preference is New Zealand, California, or France, this one brings something we think you'll enjoy. Plenty of citrus, orchard fruits, a touch tropical, with some green notes mixed in. Bright and crisp in your glass!

The Loire Valley is home to some of the best Sauvignon Blanc in the world. Sancerre or Pouilly-Fume anyone? Touraine is just down the Loire Valley from those two, and they're still making some really nice wines at a fraction of the price.

While Paso Robles initially flew under the radar, this central coast wine region is now widely recognized for quality. Located half way between LA and San Francisco, the warm days, cool nights, and diverse soils are ideal for growing grapes. The wines have plenty of fruit but maintain great balance. While we're gearing up for the Super Bowl, we're also very excited for our upcoming Nordic inspired flavors and spirits tasting! We'll be pouring some of our favorite Northern European spirits and pairing them with excellent small plates from chef Michael Hennecke.

Gin, vodka, bagels, latke's, cheese, and more! All expertly paired to play in harmony. Join us on Saturday, February 15th from 3-5. This is a limited seating event with only 12 spots available. We've still got a few spota left, so grab them while you can!
