A few things we look for in our employees:
1.) Customer Courtesy- Greeting and acknowledging every customer in a polite and timely manner.
2.) Customer Service- Each customer should be treated equally, try to adjust to each customers personality in a professional business manner, a great personality will help gain a customer for life.
3.) Daily Duties- Glass displays whipped down and front porch and inside swept clean and mopped if needed, make sure all items are restocked and rotated and in its proper place. Any item that sells out or is running short needs to be put on a list to reorder, trash needs to be taken out and glass shelves need to be dusted as needed and bathrooms clean.Duties as assigned!
4.) Take initiative- If a customer comes in and asks about a product or function of an item and you don't have the right answer take the time to Google/YouTube it, learn together chances are you'll get asked the question again only to know the answer this I time, if something needs to be done take the time to address or fix the issue.
5.) Passion- You don't always have to be experienced but if your willing to learn and not be a know it all you can become very knowledgeable and helpful to the industry.
6.) Reliable- Must have a Drivers license with a car and a alarm clock because if your not early your late, any days off with have to be placed 1 week prior not the day before.
7.) Honesty- If there's any problems, issues or concerns it's to be address and discussed immediately.
8.) Sales- If you have any history in sales and know how to up sell that would be most beneficial, it always helps to know the product and being able to explain in a orderly manner.
