Wow 😃

Originally zoned by the City of Harrisburg, PA as an 'Institutional Zone', the former Bishop McDevitt high school has undergone an exciting transition. On Wednesday, August 5th, our team went before the city zoning board and unanimously received the votes for us to progress forward in the process to rezone as a 'Commercial Neighborhood'!

This will further allow us to move forward with our Eco Village community that will incorporate: Work/Incubation spaces, Vertical farming, Mixed-Use housing, Financial literacy, and Indoor play space. While this is a major milestone.... Stay tuned for what comes next!
