🍇🍺New Arrival at Grapevine Lakeland - Night Witch 2024 Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout 🌝

A multi-year blend of our all-night boil imperial stout, Night Witch, made up of several components: aged for 34 months in Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon barrels (12%); aged for 34 months in Heaven Hill Bernheim Wheat barrels (25%); aged for 22 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels (19%); aged for 22 months in Elijah Craig Toasted Bourbon barrels (25%); and George Dickel Whiskey barrels for 10 months (19%).

Brewed in honor of the brave female pilots who flew combat missions for the Soviet Union during the second World War. Only allowed to fly in outdated wooden bi-planes against the German enemy, these brave women had to fly only at night, shutting off their engines to glide in silently and bomb the German lines. The Germans nicknamed them the Nachthexen (Night Witches) as their gliding planes sounded like witches riding on broomsticks in the night.

Saturday, November 23rd Copper Cane Wine Tasting will be here from 12pm-3pm.

New Special Holiday Cocktail – The Cranberry Orange Gin Delight!
This light and refreshing cocktail features Tulchan™ Gin balanced with Cranberry and the sweet delicate citrus of Orange Marmalade. Designed by our own in-house Mixologist.

Tulchan™ Gin’s roots are the botanical flora of the estate and the unmatched distilling heritage of Speyside, home of the finest Scotch whiskies, making it an exceptional and rare spirit - a gin from whisky country.

2oz Tulchan™ Gin
2oz Cranberry Juice Cocktail
2 Tablespoons (approximate) Orange Marmalade (w/ cane sugar)
3-4 Dashes Orange Bitters (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15-20 seconds. Double strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
