Terry Robards Wines & Spirits has been in business since 1988, spending 24 years on Main Street in Lake Placid. In March, 2012, the business moved to 2047 Saranac Avenue, in the Placid Pond Complex - Building 1.

Baxter McTavish crossed over the rainbow bridge on Wednesday, December 18th, after a lengthy battle with Bladder Cancer. 🐾🌈💔

The made his first appearance at TRW&S on May 9th, 2017, working regular shifts with his Mom (Julie ), his photographer (Tim ), Sister (Holly pre-deceased) and Best Buddy until the start of the pandemic in 2020. Baxter gained over 2300 Followers with 897 photos on Instagram, promoting dozens of whiskey brands with his handsome charm!! ❤️📸🥃

"Baxter Boy" LOVED his Dad (Terry Robards) and did an excellent job as Head of Security at Falling Needles in Upper Jay, NY. 📍
We are blessed to have known "The Naughty Scottie" and will always cherish the companionship, love and memories he shared with all of us! 🫶
