I’m looking for a 3rd person for a private studio/office space. We currently have two professional artists on site. This space would be good for someone with one on one clientele. A good fit would be someone who does professional counseling, a nail artist, an accountant/bookkeeper, a massage. therapist, bookkeeper, a jeweler, craftsman, rock hound or another artist! This space has a private entrance, windows, heat, and electricity. It could also be used as a heated storage space. This spaces approximately 12 x 15 and has use of a bathroom.$500 +/- depending on usage. PM me with interest
