One of the most impressive in the selection is our Franciacorta Sparkling. This wine is made with the Champenoise method ( just like Champagne but made in Italy in the region of Lombardia, east of Milan and west of Garda Lake)
The wine isa blend of mostly Chardonnay with a small percentage of Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero.
You can feel the love Andrea Biatta (owner winemaker) and his family are putting behind their work, beautiful perlage, creamy texture, flower blossom and stone fruit in the nose, well blended with toasted bread crumbs. Rich on the palate, notes of apples, honey and hazelnuts, long finish. 😍😍

We propose an experiment this Thanksgiving. Put a bottle of Lambrusco on the Thanksgiving table (from our Thanksgiving special offering) along with the other wines you are serving. At the end of the meal, see what’s left in the bottles.

The color of our sparkling red “Leclisse” is a beautiful pale pink/orange hue that looks really cheerful and inviting. The nose offers aromas of dried violets, rhubarb and Rainier white/yellow cherry which follow onto the light-bodied palate to join flavors of red, pink and yellow pluot. At the end, the wine finishes on a note of blood orange peel, a good deal of tangy acidity, a dash of minerality and a lot of panache.
