2 oz. Blue Chair Bay Lime Rum
1 oz. lime juice
1 scoop lime sherbet
1 cup sparkling water

Add rum and lime juice to a chilled glass. Scoop in lime sherbet and top with sparkling water. Serve immediately.

1.25 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz grapefruit juice
2.5 oz passionfruit juice
0.5 oz simple syrup

Float of grenadine for garnish
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
with ice and shake. Strain into a glass
with black salt rim and ice. Garnish with a
float of grenadine and sip!

Festive Halloween Brew 🎃👻

Ingredients:
2 oz black vodka
1 oz orange liqueur (like Cointreau)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz chilled orange soda
Ice
Dry ice pellets (for effect, handle with caution)
Black sanding sugar for ri***ng
Orange slice for garnish
Gummy worms for garnish

Instructions:
Rim a tall glass with black sanding sugar by rubbing the rim with a lemon wedge and dipping it in the sugar. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine black vodka, orange liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Fill the prepared glass halfway with fresh ice.
Strain the cocktail mixture over the ice.
Top off with chilled orange soda.
Carefully add a few small pellets of dry ice to create a smoking effect. (CAUTION: Never touch dry ice directly or ingest it.)
Garnish with an orange slice and drape a gummy worm over the rim.
Serve immediately, advising guests to wait until the dry ice has fully evaporated before drinking.

Drunk Ghost Cocktail 🍸👻

Ingredients:
2 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz white chocolate liqueur
1 oz cream of coconut
1 oz heavy cream
Ice
Marshmallow fluff
Black edible marker or black food coloring
Edible shimmer dust (optional)
Mini chocolate chips

Instructions:
Chill a martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, cream of coconut, and heavy cream with ice.
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well-chilled and combined.
Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
Using a piping bag or spoon, carefully add a large dollop of marshmallow fluff on top of the drink, shaping it into a ghost-like form with a peak on top.
Use a black edible marker or a small brush dipped in black food coloring to draw two eyes and a mouth on the marshmallow ghost.
If desired, sprinkle a small amount of edible shimmer dust over the "ghost" for a spectral glow.
Place two mini chocolate chips at the base of the glass where the "ghost" meets the drink to create feet.
Serve immediately, advising guests to stir the marshmallow ghost into the drink for a sweet, creamy finish.

International Beer Day – August 4, 2023 Beer is one of the oldest drinks the world has ever known. International Beer Day gives fans worldwide just one more excuse to have a round on the first Friday in August. Beer has a reputation as the drink of choice for the ordinary working man or woman. When it’s served up cold and frothy or strong and We celebrate International Beer Day on the first Friday in August every year – August 4, when summer’s end begins to loom large. The start of another weekend beckons us to put aside our work, set aside differences, and come together to celebrate our shared love of beer. Beer somehow manages to do what politicians have tried to do for centuries – unite people in a common cause for good. Our insatiable thirst for beer gives us reason to pause; to stop what we’re doing, sit down and converse with one another over a pint or two. The conversation may be pleasant or not, calm or animated, but somehow beer makes it possible to agree to disagree and still walk away friends. Plenty of us have no doubt solved many of the world’s problems over a few pints of beer.

National Scotch Day – July 27, 2023 Observed each year on July 27, National Scotch Day celebrates the iconic whisky. In order to be considered scotch, this classy and distinctive spirit must be made in Scotland. It must be fermented from malted barley, aged in oak barrels for at least three years and have an ABV or alcohol content of less than 94.8%. While most scotch is made with barley, water and yeast; other grains can be included. All fermentation additives are excluded, per law. There are five distinct classifications of Scotch whisky including single malt scotch, single grain scotch, blended malt scotch, blended grain scotch and blended scotch. Scotch is often identified by the region where it was produced and each region has its own characteristics that influence taste. Despite scotch being made in Scotland, you can enjoy the spirit anywhere. Kilt not required.
