If you had a preorder tomorrow I will have that ready but other than that we are out of food.

I will see everyone that had a Christmas order on Tuesday (Christmas Eve). They will be ready anytime after 12.

This week we will be open Thursday/Friday/Saturday from 11-Sold Out

This is our last weekend open until February.

I’ve already started working on the interior so we will be takeout only unless you want to stand around and eat. I’m good either way.

Good morning everyone!!!
Just wanted to give y’all a heads up, I will be closed for the month of January. Going to take some time to do some maintenance.
We will be open this weekend and next weekend for sure and may be open the weekend after Christmas. I’ll keep you updated.

Friday and Saturday we will be taking orders for Smoked Turkey, Ham or Pulled Pork for Christmas. They will be available for pick up on Christmas Eve from 12-6.

Hey everyone. I hope y’all had a great Thanksgiving and are enjoying your food comas.

We’ve got a few different things going on so pay attention…🤣

I will be open for a few hours tomorrow but I had to change it up a little.
Honestly I was going to close this week but decided to make gumbo and figured I’d make extra and share.
I’ll have Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and Boudin Sausage Po’ Boys.
So if you were bringing a kid or “adult child” that thinks chicken nuggets are the only thing they can eat, stop and get them a lunchable. 👀

Now for some changes coming this month:
We will be CLOSED next Thursday. My niece is graduating from the police academy and I’m excited to see her graduate. I’m so proud of her. She’s gone from a weird big headed baby to being a badass! 🤣

We will also have some more upcoming changes due to caterings so I’ll keep y’all updated.

We will be open today as usual and will be closed Thursday and Friday next week.

Thank you to everyone that pre ordered a Turkey breast for Thanksgiving. I’ll see you Wednesday between 4 and 7 when you come to pick it up.

I am going to get bored with all that time off so next Saturday I’m going to open with a limited specials menu. The following 3 items are the only food I’ll have.
Pulled pork (of course)
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
Boudin Sausage Po’ Boys

Now let’s answer all the questions
No, you can’t pre order that day.
Yes, it will be until I sell out so show up early.
Yes, you read that correctly, I am only serving those 3 items.
No, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo does not have seafood.
Boudin is Cajun sausage with rice in it.
A Po’ Boy is a sandwich
No, not all Cajun food is spicy.
Here’s the big one——no, you can not change anything. Eat it the way it’s served like an adult and I promise you’ll love it! 🤣
