From Magic Valley Speedway: The final main event of the night featured 10 ISRL sprint cars going at it for 30 laps. Outlaw kart standout Preston Henderson driving his number 13P sprint car was relegated to the back of the pack due to his rookie status but that didn’t seem to intimidate him. He picked them off one at a time and found himself in the lead by the halfway point as he proved he could get through the traffic the best. Once out in front, Henderson was able to stretch the lead out but ISRL top guns Rob Grice, Nate Little, Mike Anderson, and Ryan Newman were able to clear the traffic and attempted to run down leader Henderson. In the end, they all ran out of laps and Preston Henderson was able to claim his first career sprint car win in a very popular victory.

There will be a membership meeting this Sunday at Kuna Idaho Pizza in Kuna. 6:00 pm. Please be prepared to fill our sponsor forms and pay membership. To be eligible for the end of the season points fund you must have your membership. See you all there!!

As the 2019 season is about to kick off I am happy to announce that we obtained two new sponsors for the upcoming season. A big thank you to Battery Systems of Boise and to Alan Marsh RV and Marine. Because of their sponsorship we have put together an end of the season points fund. To be eligible for the points fund you must be an ISRL member and run at least half of the out of town races. Also in an effort to promote both series Myself and Adam have agreed to pay $500 each to the champion if they win both ISRL and Pepsi Championships. This is an effort to support both series because we are stronger together. We will be having a ISRL meeting within the next week or so to get memberships and preseason stuff handled.
