With the freezing weather quickly approaching and the likelihood of ice and snow accumulation over the next few days, the decision has been made to close BC Drive Thru until Weds 1/22.

We plan to re-open at 8am on 1/22. We hope that you understand. Please stay safe and warm over the next few days!

Hey folks. This weather needs to go back where it belongs...as in...not here!

Due to the possibility of black ice and freezing fog this evening we will be closing at 2pm today and reopening at 10am tomorrow.

Good morning everyone! Just a quick note. With the projected weather forecas, it appears that while we will not be getting the worst of it, it's still going to be pretty nasty.
As a result we have decided that it will be best to close early today at 2pm. Please be safe if you have to travel!!

Neighbor!! How long has it been since you had a thick steaming bowl of Mike’s Elk chili?

Well, that’s too long!!!

Better come on down to 507 Washington St in Kosse and get some gourmet chili before it sells out.
Cornbread and/or crackers.

While you’re at it better stock up on some cold beers before this winter weather hits.

My personal favorite with Elk chili is a shiner bock. Nothing better than being in the woods hunting all day in the freezing cold than coming back to camp to chow down on a hot bowl of chili and chase it down with a cold brew. That’s living and loving life in this beautiful Country.
