The best restaurant in Knightdale is the Eagle Express food truck lineup. Or Grand Street Pizza.

Food trucks have tried to get permission from Knightdale for a decade to use this spot, and only because of the pandemic were allowed to. Not my truth, but the truth told to me by at least three of the food trucks I have talked to.

They fear after the pandemic, the town won't permit them anymore.

Outside of Paul Lee's Grocery, this is the only hot food take out for Knightdale between 540 and the Neuse.

Like if you want the Food Truck Rodeo to stay in western Knightdale. I think three council seats are up for election this year. Consider a candidate that will support this side of town.
