Accessible & affordable Bordeaux? Is it possible?? The answer is yes, let us re-introduce you to 2018 Chateau Monrepos.

This gem has returned after a long hiatus, and we couldn’t be happier to have her back on the rack. An uncomplicated representation of classic Bordeaux, minus the hefty price tag. 55% Merlot / 45% Cabernet; ample black cherry & raspberry. Simply a well balanced, clean and delicious Bordeaux that won’t break the bank.

August?!?! What happened to June?? July even happened?

We are still on our Summer whites and rosés, and we are very excited about this one who just came through our doors…

Weingut Fürst Sauvignon Blanc 2023
This wine blew us away. Single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc grown on chalk limestone in the Obermosel; the southern end of the Mosel river in Germany (yes, Sauvignon Blanc from Germany). Cool climate Sauvignon Blanc, that for me is a true representation of this varietal when it isn’t drowning in acidity. An absolute pleasure to drink.
