Known for its craft that’s is steeped in local cultural traditions, both artisanal and ancestral in nature.

▪️Espadín by Emigdio Jarquín: Crafted in Miahuatlán Valley, is a wonderful expression of a saline and mineral driven style. Extra roasting time, well balanced smokiness with notes of cooked sugar, honey, mint, granite and salt air.

▪️Elote by Hijos de Aquilino García: As corn and agave are the essence of Mexico, this honors both! Dried kernels of heirloom corn are toasted on a consul and placed in the still with Espadín to infuse its flavors. Joven Mezcal with subtle Mexican corn flavor and a sweet smoky finish.

▪️Espadín by Joel Barriga: Produced in the Hacienda Tapanalá, uses natural spring water and takes a slightly deeper distillation, resulting in the brightest, fruit forward with notes of honey, grilled pineapple, caramelized bananas and lime.

Santa Teresa 1796 Speyside Whiskey Cask Finish 🥃

Limited edition cask finish!

Using the time honored Solera method, it is tripe aged for extra richness, then aged again for up to 13 months in Speyside Whiskey Casks🛢️. The result is a deep, rich experience that offers the best of fine rum and fine whiskey.

Familiar taste of toffee, and sugarcane honey 🍯 blend with apricot, dried fruit, almonds and dark chocolate, giving away notes of malted barley and wood with a hint of smoke🔥. Long dry finish that evaporated into tingling notes of black pepper.

▪️No. 9 Rosa Blanco: Limited Edition!🚨 The agave is slow cooked in traditional brick ovens, then carefully distilled to capture the essences of the plant and rested for 82 days in French Oak Wine barrels that previously held Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon🍷. ▪️Shortbarrel Toasted Barrel:

94 proof🔥.

Aged for 4 years and sourced from Bardstown Company and Green River, then blend these bourbons together before re barreling in new traditional medium toasted barrels🛢️ for al least 6 months.

On the palate is vanilla oak bomb, toasted honey, nutty pecans, very sweet oak 🪵 with a bit of orange, cherry and peach with a long and slightly spicy finish.
